Important:
If you are going to be late to a meet, conact Ginna on her cell phone no later than 8:30 on the morning of the meet.
Place a note in the "Coaches" folder in the grey box no later than Tuesday before the meet if your swimmer is going to miss one of the meets.
Remember to check the grey box daily, as important information that can't be e-mailed will be placed in the box
